At our newest account, Golden Pond in Hopkinton, NH, we hosted a wonderful holiday reception! The Glendale team did a great job putting on the event. There was a wide selection of hors d’ oeuvres. We also had Mediterranean, Asian and Italian tables. At the Mediterranean table we offered mixed greens from a local farm, grilled pita chips, hummus, olive medley, chicken souvlaki and grilled lamp lollipops. Shoyu beef satay, vegetable spring rolls, sesame soba noodle salad, seaweed salad, kimchee and wonton chips were served at the Asian table and wild mushroom ravioli with braised short ribs in a Cabernet demi, local greens and antipasti at our Italian table. The cheese station had cheddar cheeses from Vermont farms, fresh and root vegetables. Our desserts were an assortment of mini cheesecakes, Italian holiday cookies and dessert shooters, apple cobbler, gingerbread and chocolate mousse.

Our team put on a great show for the residents at the Scott Farrar Home! We used locally grown items from Lef Farms, Wichland Woods, Vermont Creamery, Cabot Creamery, Pineland Farms and Backyard Farms. Hors d'oeuvres included wild mushroom medley crostini, spiced butternut squash, shrimp cocktail and scallops & bacon. They all enjoyed the pasta station of wild mushroom ravioli, pappardelle and fresh baked ciabatta bread. At the carving station we offered herb roasted turkey with pan gravy and cranberry chutney, rosemary & garlic roasted sirloin with wild mushroom demi glace. The dessert shooter station included apple pie, gingerbread and chocolate mousse and white chocolate mousse shooters.
